My name is Kim Broemer,

In the late 70s I was involved in a consultancy bringing out to Australia people like Dr Denis Waitley and Jim Rohn.

During the 80s I moved into the property development industry and was responsible for sales and marketing of over 440 residential home unit developments. This then lead me to specialise in commercial and retail properties for a total turnover of over $82 million.

In the late 80s I diversified into the Financial Services industry taking a major shareholding in a Perth stock broking company and then taking a major position in the rural industry though the acquisition of 2 stud merino rams that broke the Western Australian record for the highest price ever paid.

In the 90s I built a Direct Sale Distributorship which now pays my family hundreds of thousands of dollars a year in residual income.
