I play guitar. Guitar is a real passion of mine. I like playing anything and everything. I will play everything from fast metal all the way to melodic acoustic. I am always writing, playing, and recording.
I have a number of guitars (a few electrics and acoustics), and I play many different styles of music, incorporating an array of techniques. When it comes to guitar, I just like to play all kinds. It is simply a love for guitars and guitar playing.
I am a guitarist for a metal band. The music we play live is very heavy, very fast, and very metal, but we do also write in different styles and genres.
In addition, I write and record music for my own personal interest too, which also includes more melodic compositions.
I like playing with other instruments as well, such as piano, percussion etc. I just like being a musician.

Obviously I like metal, although I do like other kinds of music too. I like Rock and also some other styles. I am open to new music and I am not close minded when it comes to what I like.
In regards to who I like, I find that I like plenty of songs but not necessarily the band in general. There are a plethora of songs I like from an abundance of bands, but if I had to list actual bands that I like it would not be the most exhaustive of lists.
Of course with that being said, there are still plenty of bands that I am a fan of, although a lot of them are fairly obscure.
My musical taste is not limited just to which bands I like. It does not matter who makes it. Good music is good music.
I have been to more live shows than I can even remember. I have lost count of the number of bands I have seen live. I guess it must be around 500 plus by now. Music is great and very inspiring when experienced live. The atmosphere and the energy is incredible.
I have even traveled across Europe to attend a music festival, just for the opportunity to see some of my favorite bands.

I have interests in developing animation and interactive multimedia. This is an area I studied while attending University, where I studied a degree in the field of Computing and Mathematics.
The outcome of this was that I achieved the highest degree classification that can be awarded. In Latin what they refer to as 'summa cum laude'. The result actually placed me in the top few percent in the country, so that was good.
Elsewhere, I am interested in a number of disciplines in the sciences field, particularly the area of space science.
I am also interested in geo/environmental science, specifically applied sciences involving geological, hydrological, and atmospheric hazards.

I believe truly in equality. We all should receive the same respect, rights, compassion, opportunities etc, regardless of such things as backgrounds, cultures, genders, race, beliefs, and other differences. Nobody is above another. Nobody has more worth than anyone else. I advocate equality and acceptance for all.
It is nice to help others, and put others before yourself. I consider myself to be a very humble and modest person, and these are traits I admire in others too.
I am a loyal person and that is important to me. I will always be there if you need me, through both the good or the bad times.
I appreciate the value of trust, and I can be trusted with anything. If someone has the faith to put their trust in you then that trust is something very valuable.
I am the kind of guy who would be comfortable being very open to anyone I were close with.

I like scenic environments, I enjoy moments of calm and serenity. I like visiting peaceful surroundings. I like being by the ocean.
I like experiencing other parts of the world. I like new cultures, new ways of life, new environments.
