@gamer125311 there leagal in every state besdes 2 one is california and another i dont remember the 2nd but i was wondering that 2 so i went and looked it up so im pretty sure they are legal in kansas but just to be sure you can always look it up
i have the problem that when i go to roll it around my finger it over rotates and i cant catch it is there anything i can do to help stop it from doing that?
