I just want to make movies... I never went to film school. I never went to animation school. But I have a true passion for filmmaking. So I took things into my own hands and I learned how to animate and learned about filmmaking.
That lead to a 10 year career as an animator in Hollywood. I worked on Transformers 2, Matrix Reloaded (as lead animator), X-Men, Looney Tunes, and The Simpsons Ride.
During that time I prepared for any opportunity to become a director. But I realized that Hollywood is full of sharks, and no real opportunity ever came.
So I took things into my own hands again. I took a 4 year break from working as an animator to make my first feature film. I had no financing, no investors, no producers, no studios backing me up. I just had an idea, my life's savings, and an unstoppable drive to make my movie. There's a lot more to this story, but after 5 years my movie is done.
