Thanks for posting all of Cha Lua videos. No need to buy the prepacked ham (e.g., Oscar Meyer etc.) in grocery stores anymore to make Banh Mi sandwiches because I don't really know what parts of the animal meat they used to make them...unless I do a search. Freshly made ham is always the best.
