Just Average Fitness - June 2nd, 2011 (equipment free!)
Workout today was "AMRAP" (as many rounds as possible) in 12 minutes of:
5 push ups
10 sit ups
15 squats
Kevin: 8 rounds + 5 push ups + 6 sit ups...
