Genesis, Version 2.0.
Text by Michael Shermer, editor of "Sceptic Magazine" and author of "Why Darwin Matters":
"To convey the logical absurdity of trying to squeeze the round peg of science into the square hole of religion, I penned the following scientific revision of the Genesis creation story. It is not intended as a sacrilege of the poetic beauty of Genesis; rather, it is a mere extension of what the creationists have already done to Genesis in their insistence that it be read not as mythic saga but as sciĀentific prose. If Genesis were written in the language of modern science, it would read something like this."

This is a banned cartoon from the banned episode, Elephant Issues. It's about the dangers of alcohol. This cartoon was only shown once in America, when it first aired, afterwards, it was never shown again on TV in America in later channels like Nickelodeon and Cartoon Network. I can't say if it was banned in other countries like Canada or Mexico.

I've had considerably bad luck when it comes to water getting into my apartments. This video captures probably the worst it's ever been (back on January 10, 2009). I'm not sure exactly what happened, but it involved the washing machine hookup or associated pipes in the apartment above mine.
The resulting flood left about half an inch of water on one section of the kitchen linoleum (until it spread out) and totally soaked about half the rug in the bedroom.
At least my current apartment complex responds promptly and usually fixes things well.

***THIS IS A FAN MADE TRAILER*** This is my vision for a Green Lantern movie with Nathan Fillion as Hal Jordan. He won't be Hal for real, but all the more reason for a fan trailer!
For the record, I did this purely for fun, with NO intention of "fooling" anyone or covering the fact that I used clips from other movies. The whole point of it for me was to imagine what it would be like to see a great Green Lantern movie.
Shots I adapted from the following movies, tv shows, and trailers: Planet of the Apes Serenity Trailer Fantastic 4: Rise of the Silver Surfer Stardust Trailer The Lord of the Rings - The Fellowship of the Ring Firefly Dragonball Evolution Trailer Galaxy Quest The Fountain Trailer Superman Returns Trailer The Day the Earth Stood Still Smallville Justice League TAS GI Joe Trailer Contact Star Trek Enterprise Star Wars Episode III The Mutant Chronicles Trailer Iron Man Star Trek Trailer Mortal Kombat vs DC Universe Cutscene The Chronicles of Riddick Kamen Rider Bedtime Stories MIB 2 Escape from Witch Mountain Trailer The Matrix Revolutions The Chronicles of Narnia - Prince Caspian White Noise 2
Special Thanks to Mike Afford for a few brief clips from his Fan Trailer including the final logo: http://www.mikeaf... http://www.youtub...
I used Adobe After Effects and Photoshop to manipulate the original clips, and used Final Cut Pro to edit it all together.
I would like to give major credit to Andrew Kramer from http://www.videoc..., who (via tutorials) taught me everything I know in After Effects and I would not have been able to do most of this without that. I'm more of an editor than an effects guy, so thanks Andrew!
Also, thanks to WormyT for the inspiration to do this again!
Zbrush Forum Artists: Gnom, rinals, BladeFlush & Muyu for character model bases (for Tomar-Re & Galius Zed) Logo design by Lepios.
Voice Audio clips from Superman: TAS, Justice League TAS, The Batman, Battle for Terra Trailer, Justice League: The New Frontier, and The Lord of the Rings.
The music is "Forces of Destiny" and "Freedom Fighters" by Two Steps from Hell. You may recognize "Freedom Fighters" from the the recent "Star Trek" trailer.
