@urbex2007 I have a 2004 a4 with the cvt and it never goes past 5000 revs unless you push the gas all the way in. If you're just casually driving, you shouldn't go past 2500-3000.

@woodrat2296 winter here has actually been rather weak. This was the worst ice storm since 98 and it all pretty much melted 2 days later. As I'm writing this its +3 degrees outside and nothing but puddles/slush. Nothing to be afraid of out here.
