oh my god, this guy has a very annoying way of speaking. he looks and sounds like a chinese. totally different form HHDL. I hope he has no more influence on HHDL. His misdeeds have caused too much suffering and disunity in tibetan society. I hope he retires for good.If needed tib govt can give ...
