I have watched a lot of your videos. I think that you are really helping other severely-profoundly autistic adults like James by sharing the videos. I have mild-moderate autism. I have a website about autism. I am sharing my life with autism especially on being an autistic adult. I am compiling resources for adults with autism and caregivers. I would like to include resources and awareness for adult autism from mild-profound because there are no services that can really help us and I think that this lack of services affects everyone in different ways depending on severity level and past interventions. I would like to have your input to include in my website. I can make a separate page about James and put information about him specifically and severe-profound autism in general.

James is absolutely precious and as an autistic adult myself, I'm so glad you stand up for him. Sometimes the world is just too much to process and the only peace I find is singing with my church choir. Most of my videos are of that.

Keep up the amazing videos. I love seeing how James is doing. He is quite a handsome guy! He kind of reminds me of Ashton Kutcher a little! :) Especially in the video where he has his hat on and he holds hands with that lady in the store.

Hello

I work in a high dependancy unit in moray, scotland. Isupport individuals with severe autism on a one-to-one basis. It really is a relief and comfort to find that you also face the same challenge. Daily I go to work not knowing what to expect. The unpredictability of the illness is cruel. But your videos have given me the drive to do something more with the experience I have gained. Thank you for that.

I had more information to leave, but I guess there are weird settings on these accounts. I work at a school on the east coast dealing with a population that have behaviors similar to those of your son and I commend your efforts in keeping him at home and trying to maintain a good life for him. A good device we stumbled upon to decrease SIB during tantrums were arm splints made by a company called CD Denison. They aren't pretty but they prevent any hands to face behavior with minimal interference. The only downside is they do become a replacement for self-restraint, but in some cases they are a total blessing. Just thought I'd pass that along.

You and your son is such a true testimony of God's amazing grace and mercy. Blessings to you and you and Jamey will be in my prayers. Keep on fighting the good fight! : )

Romans 8:28: And we know that for those who love God ALLTHINGS work together for good, for those who are called according to His purpose.
