@Aaron97oD u can do it a bit slower or a bit less to start off with and as ur fitness increases the intensity of ur session should increase. also u could do a speed session sometimes like 40-60m sprints to help ur speed

do u definitely know what plyometrics actually are? because those are not plyometrics at the start
