To do otherwise is to invite stagnation and inevitable market failure. Such a system as you propose would drastically and adversely effect those masses of impoverished you claim to care for through a vicious cycle of increasinly sever market crashes as the artifical markey created by your system collides with the realities of human consumption and production.
