Our History
Our corporate members first discovered this hidden treasure on the Gulf of Mexico several years ago. We quickly realized that this location boasts with quality of life, economic growth and affordability no longer found at nearby Fort Myers, Naples, Sarasota, and Cape Coral. Our goal is to actively promote this beautiful area through carefully selected land sales while providing the highest quality service. Over the last several years, Kessel Holdings L.L.C. and JLMT Holdings L.L.C. have partnered into two of the largest private residential land sellers in Punta Gorda and Port Charlotte, Florida.
Who We Are
Our two companies specialize in land wholesale to private individuals. We purchase our properties in volume at discounted prices from either individual owners or developers. This proven strategy lets us offer our lots at 40-60% below Realtor MLS pricing. Additionally, we foster a close working relationship with several large Real Estate brokers who are compensated through our corporate office. Consequently, we are in a position to pass on substantial cost savings to our customers [since we absorb the broker fees].
