My nickname is kenza Junior, As a kid I liked to play soccer, tennis, billiards .... I trained at one time kickbox, boxing, thay box and jiu jutsu, but I most loved to practice kickbox......
NowI love to perform freestyle on bar, which includes training on the dips, pull ups, push ups, muscle ups, calisthenics exercises!
I would also like to learn some moves from gimbar and Mallakhamb.
I began to practice freestyle on a bar in May 2009, I am 186cm height and 83 kg ... I'd love to learn all the possible moves on the bar and shoot video in which I perform Physical bar-barians requirements.
How I learned about this way of training?
A year ago at the beginning of the first few months I only practiced basic exercises such as pull ups, chin ups, dips and push ups.
and then one day I wrote on youtube pull ups, and threw me some "bartendaz"
I've never even heard of this organization, I watched what they're doing and I could not believe how much power they have and what kind of exercises!
I said to myself-I will train freestyle on bar!1..2..3...BARTENDAZ
here in Osijek, we have only a few such fields, so that we do not have opportunities to practice and improve our abilities, but this year we will make such a type field in the model of the parks in New York, so we can better train and progress ... i started to train in may 2009..I am a member of the bar-tendaz, I joined Bartendaz Bodybuilding at October 31, 2009.
And I am also co-founder and member of the E.B.C-EuropeBarCrew group on facebook with the main organizer Benjamin Mahmić from Bosnia.
In June 2010 here in Osijek we founded D.B.C-VUOS-DrvljanikBarCrew
probably the first calistenics group in Croatia ...
The first is probably Svetice workout from Zagreb.
Unfortunately the group did not take long existed for some reason!

I would like to learn all the moves on bars but it is impossible....I am never satisfied on what I am currently, the goal is to be better, not from someone else but better than yourself-it,s not above the move,but a movement-make tricks.
I am also a big fan of parkour and Free Running,Gimbarr,Mallakhamb ....Sport,Music,Dance, Acting, Films,Graffiti,MMA,Kickbox,Freestyle Football ....
