About Walker
Played lead guitar for the Wallflowers (Portland OR) Late 60's -early 70's. We opened for the Doors (pre-fame) in the Masonic Temple in Portland(Wed. July 26, 1967...let me know if you were there!!!). As opening band for Tommy James/Shondelles, we played at the venerable former venue, The Oriental Theatre in Portland. Played various west coast venues...'Happening' in Seattle, 'Caseys' in Lewiston. Nameless armories, assorted colleges, Taverns, lounges. Worked with agent Harry Arnold out of northern CA. Currently playing sidewalks of Portland OR., YouTube, MySpace...Let me know if you were at any of these gigs, venues, etc. Wallflower members were Allen Gill, Mike Ferguson, Steve Williams, Ken Walker...
