No lyf widout (cash)

Im a guy from India, n ive been tryin to make cash on d net for years, n just couldnt get the right time to really let cash pour in my Paypal account. I keep begging for cash say.. 6dollars, no one is really helpful. Well, I cant transfer cash from my bank account coz I dont have one, and secondly, my mother isn't allowing me to do all this stuff. so im hopless on the Internet. So if u guys can lend a helping hand, then fine i'll be/have a good relationship with you all
