@kenshrah You have to pass a backround check and register the firearm. and when you sell it it must go to a class 3 dealer or some one who has the same licence. It also has to be reported to the BATF. Your lucky i would love to have highcap mags all i can have in my AR15 is 30 round.

I learned the presscheck from my father, who is a police officer. Everytime that he would leave the house he would check before he walked out the door. just ensures you dont walk out the door with an unloaded gun, nothing wrong with that.

love them both, buddy own an ak i own an ar. every time we shoot they both run flawlessly, but i have to run more lube and clean it more. couldnt tell which one is more accurate both guns are set up for 100yds in. the only real thing ive seen is the ar can shoot faster, and is faster on the reload.
