    主料 / 旗魚漿 300g、花枝漿 300g、去殼草蝦 6尾、蒜末 30g、蘆筍 1支、小黃瓜 300g、海苔 1張、香菜 1支、紅蘿蔔末 30g、起司片 4片、水煮蛋 2顆

    醬汁 / 紅話梅 1粒、海山醬 1碗、糖 6大匙、蕃茄醬 2大匙、水 2碗、地瓜粉 4大匙、香油 2大...

    • 脆漿粉炸出招牌炸魚

      材料:低筋麵粉2大匙、糯米粉1大匙、太白粉1大匙、吉士粉1茶­匙、泡打粉1/2茶匙、水50cc、油1/2茶匙。

      兩大匙低筋麵粉、半大匙糯米粉、半大匙太白粉、一茶匙吉士粉、4­分之一茶匙泡打粉一起混和再慢慢加入水攪拌,大約加水50cc左­右,調到稀糊狀後再加入二分之一茶匙的油攪拌,這樣脆漿粉就完.­..
