funny how this guy never tells direct steps needed to do what he does.
people with litttle to no money have verry little chance to escape the rat race because
they have no cash to get started and are working 40-50 hr work weeks just to get buy.

buying a cheap home with a small mortgage is better than renting because your payment could be half or less than you would pay in rent. where im at houses are selling for 60,000 and under in alot of cases . then again cash is always best if
you have it.
