Kenneth Dinkins is a professional film director, screenwriter, cinematographer, and song writer/composer. Notable works include the 2010 psychological thriller, "The Chicken in the Box", which he wrote and directed, and the 2009 Doctor Who fan film "Fire and Ice" (writer/director) which was voted the best Doctor Who fan film of the decade by the Doctor Who Fan Film Database. He is also known for writing and directing the popular 2007 short film, "Sanchez Must Die"!

Kenneth's original screenplays include the philosophical coming of age story "Children of the Gods", the tragic lesbian love tale, "Katy Loves Mary", the thought-provoking medieval character piece, "The Lady of the Wood", the action-filled spaghetti-western "The Sinister Kid and the Outlaw Six", and the thought provoking romantic drama "She Dreams of Roses".

Kenneth took the year off from film making and the pubic eye in 2011. Instead he spent the year mainly in seclusion focusing on his writing, though he did thrice return to the stage as an actor during that time.

Kenneth is a huge fan of the long running British science-fiction series, Doctor Who which he began watching over 25 years ago as a child. He has seen all 783 episode of the program and most all of it's spin-off material including it's long running book series giving him an almost unrivaled encyclopedic knowledge of the show's "universe".

The series has had a major influence on his career. From 2007-2008 he directed and performed in a semi-regular series of Doctor Who shorts, called "Doctor Who Classic Scenes Remade". Each one was a re-imagining of a classic scene from the series. These proved so popular that in 2008 he made an original scene titled, "War in Heaven" which depicted an alternate 8th Doctor regenerating into the 9th at the conclusion of the Time War. Kenneth achieved this by the clever use of rotoscoped stock footage of actor Christopher Eccleston taken from the music video "Proof" by I Am Kloot. "War in Heaven" became him most successful YouTube ever at that point achieving over 20,000 views during it's run.

As a result of the success of "War in Heaven", Kenneth scripted and directed an original full length Doctor Who adventure, the aforementioned "Fire and Ice".
