John Martin once appeared as a contestant on "Who wants to be a millionaire?". He didn't make it past the "fastest finger first" round (ironic seeing as he's a rock drummer). The appearance went unannounced at the time. It's a crime no-one seemed to recognise him then or on Buzzcocks.
