板間房(近日被稱為劏房甚至棺材房)的租金比豪宅高已是眾所周知­的事，本作品以銷售豪宅的"地產語言" 來推銷一個在位於深水埗的板間房，然而該房間的"完善"設備卻只­屬示範單位所有。

希望透過"地產語言"於不合理空間的運用，讓觀眾對現今租金昂貴­、居住環境狹窄、示範單位的不實及銷售樓盤的荒謬手法有所反..­.
