It's not fake, it's scripted. it was planned that Carlito would be eliminated at that point, so when the actual move didnt throw him far enough, he had to finish it.

It's not fake, it's called protecting yourself. the main concept of professional wrestling is taking a move and making it seem completely real while taking minimal damage, and in real time, this video passes as real enough.
