Hi ayanmuna :)
I learned Korean by having a fantastic best friend who was Korean. She talk me korean while roomed together in high school. Then, later I moved to Korea, where I got to practice the language everyday, and learned a whole lot more.
I would say the best way to learn Korean is through Korean friends :)
