My name is Katie and I don't give a fuck if you know it or not. My purpose in life is not to impress you with brains nor beauty. In fact, I'm not here to impress you with anything. On that note, I don't think of myself as any higher than the next person inhabiting this planet. In my eyes, everyone in existence is created equally. I strongly believe this pertains to the feeble minds of animals as well. I am a very open-minded person and I draw inspiration from what the human mind perceives as beauty. In my case, this would include everything I set my eyes upon, including what my eyes don't see behind closed eyelids, where most people see nothing but the vast emptiness of the color black. My quality of vision, so to say, spills over into the external world, so that whenever I open my eyes, I see the outer world transfigured and overflowing with beauty and inspiration. Take marijuana for example, where most people would be opposed to it for its classification as a drug and its impairing properties, I see it as a natural herb placed into existence for the sole purpose of us to make use of it as a way to get in touch with our innermost intellect and aid in the discovery of finding serenity deep within ourselves. Contrary to the beliefs that we are meant to fall in love with someone of the opposite sex, I perceive love as something meant to be cherished and shared with the one you love, regardless of gender. I know that certain someone who will capture my heart and nail it shut in a wooden box is out there somewhere waiting for me and if I fail to find that someone, I'll know it was because I didn't put all my heart into searching for that significant other. My life is not the one I would have choosen if I could but I couldnt so Im stuck in it. But thats okay..For now at least. I have moderate depression and PTSD. PTSD stands for Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder. I have the three most awsome bestfriends ever. First and forever is Kimmy. We've known each other since kindergarden :] and I wouldnt trade her for anything. Yes we fight but not that much. Next is Mogi. I fucking love her! We have the most fun when we're with each other. We've known each other since 4th grade. We fight all the time but 3 seconds later we're besties again. Then we have David. Oh jeeze where to begin? Haha we never fight and we're ALWAYS texting. He doesnt live as close as Kimmy and Mogi but who cares. We've known each other for a little over a year. I love these three people like crazy... probably because they are crazy. Saying that they are amazing is a mere understatement. Although, I no longer consider anyone as my best friend because I understand that we are all merely human and sometimes humans can do shameful things, such as betraying a friendship. I put myself in that situation one too many times and every betrayal of our friendship has hurt me just as much as it did the very first time. I have two sisters and one soon to be brother in-law. I have 1 nephew and one more on the way. Im really close with my aunt and uncle in-law and thier kids. But thats probably because we've all live in the same town for all of all lives. I wont put up with your shit. I have a short temper and i get annoyed easily. I look after my friends and family. Talk all the shit you want about me but I'll call you out on it and talk shit back. But you start saying shit about my family and you wont like what happens. I want more friends so talk to me. I am ever-changing and growing up more as the days progress, but I've never once lost touch of who I am inside. With all this said, you now know who I am and what I stand for.
So if you're down with me, simply talk to me like we've been knowing each other our entire lives.
