Object avoidance = primary concern over all else (malfunction clearance)...yank some rear risers over those twists =P....easier said than done I know...People make a lot of BASE jumps and eventually there're bound to be mistakes (noone's perfect)

Look at 0:37 and when his chute opens and he puts his hands on his risers, notice the pause in order to grab and detach the toggles (it's very slight). Do you think it would have made a difference if he immediately yanked down on those back risers instead of going for toggles?
