Firefighting history, American history, drinking, making painful attempts at picking up women, trying not to be a giant dousche, watching sports (especially football) listenin' to my rock n roll music, talking politics (with vague attempts at civility), I'm a Nelson Rockefeller Republican, or maybe an Obama Democrat, though I'm officially signed up as a member of the Modern Whig Party (boasting atleast 10 more members than the US Marijuana Party!)

Anything with John Wayne, pilgrim, Clint Eastwood (Gran Torino is one of the best movies ever, and a fitting end to an awesome acting career), Backdraft (kicks Ladder 49 's ass by the way), Mr Smith Goes to Washington

The Stones, The Stooges, Sabbath, Sons of Anarchy (sorry I was trying to be alliteritave/funny, so a total fail all around)
Books:
Anytime John Steinbeck put pen to paper, or typewriter or whatever the hell he used (I'm not a scholar!), I used to love On The Road, but now I just find the whole Beat thing super fucking annoying
