Lil wayne cant freestyle and people say that his "rap" isnt rap because its slow and doesnt make complete sense. HOWEVER, when hes fast rapping he kills it everytime. Regaurdless of the words they sound good. examples. im raw, steady mobbin, swag surfin, oh lets do it (no ceillings)
