Thanks for the great vids! I'm starting off exactly where u are now and hope to lose a total of 40 pounds on medifast. Last time I did it I lost 20 pounds that first month...and never gained it back :) too excited to try again...and very happy to see someone else reaping its benefits. Please keep posting.
