@Damaramu I'm sure it's not Eric Idle. I found mention of it being Richard Tandy on the Face the Music site (an ELO fansite). Admittedly that information could be wrong but it does look like Tandy to me. So I could be wrong but I'm certain it's not Eric Idle.
