I think this may be the biggest missed opportunity for a kiss in all season 3. They weren't interrupted by anyone, they were alone, having a little moment... *disappointed sigh*

I think I just figured out what I like about this clip -- Arthur actually reaches out to touch her. He so rarely does, probably because he's afraid to (IMHO), so seeing him actually initiate some physical contact with her is just as good as a kiss.
