FYI: The real reason we went into Iraq was that Saddam threatened to sell Iraq's oil for Euro's. Every oil producing country in the world sells its oil for U.S. Dollars. That means every country in the world that wants to buy oil has to own U.S. Dollars. Making the U.S. Dollar the World's reserve currency. Saddam knew if he could sell his oil for Euros the U.S. dollar would lose a lot of value very fast. Especially if other countries started doing the same. Right after that was operation Iraqi Freedom. Despite the patriotic name this was still an invasion and occupation of an entire nation to ensure the U.S. dollar stays on top! There has been one other person who suggested selling oil for Euros. His name is Mahmoud Ahmadinejad the president of Iran.

It's cool. One of the things that makes this country great is that we have the right to our own opinions. I don't try to force my views on others, however I do try to make my point of view known when an appropriate time occurs. I have worked closely with doctors for years and have seen a lot of clinical testing first hand. The F.D.A. has just let too many things slip for me to believe they are out there for the good of the people. I appreciate your comment. We have it very good here in this country. That is how I intend to keep it.

I said it was morally justifiable to hit military or economic-engine targets and that some collateral damage is acceptable. I never countenanced "targeting" civilians like the US did in Japan, Latin America, Cuba, et.a. But we all sanction it every-time we elect another Dem or Rep that does that shit. You cannot escape your moral culpability muthafucka. Your position is morally untenable. Good luck...

I said that 'collateral damage' is morally acceptable. The purposive 'targeting' of civilians is not. 9/11 had legitimate military and economic-engine targets (not merely economic related shit like a mall)- the hubs of military and economic hegemony/imperialism planning & direction.
Second, we started the shit with them by invading their countries both militarily and economically for over 50 years- so they are merely defending themselves. On the Justice of Roosting Chickens by W Churchill |

I admit that if I were killed in a collateral damage scenario it would be morally justifiable. I enjoy all the privileges of 1st world imperialism- I cannot expect to avoid paying the price.
Your "mosque" analogy is inapt like much of your imprecise thinking. Merely having an "influence" on an enemy's aggression is not a legitimate rationale for targeting. The WTC wasn't merely an "influence" on our hegemony-- it was where the CIA aggressions & economic imperialism were logistically planned |
