Kay-Ann Ward is a Choreographer/Fitness Instructor /Dance Instructor and the founder of Bold Movement a company that produces dance, entertainment, and fitness events, while empowering our community to make positive changes towards personal and professional development.

You can see her in Devine Brown, "Meet me at the Roxy" music video, she performed at the Much Music Video Awards, and in the hit south African musical Umoja. Her choreographic work has been described as a breath of fresh air of movements that are innovative and unique.

Kay-Ann is known as the queen of strut, sexy and creativity. Her dance classes are empowering and fun. Her attention to detail and her passion for movement is proven to help you achieve your goals on the dance floor.

She thrives to make sure each person leaves with an understanding of how to be a better dancer, how to explore their creativity within movement, how to embrace and command there sensuality, and overall just be themselves.

She has created her own unique style of dance that fuses sexy sultry moves, with technique, acrobatic, theatre, creativity and raw unhibited expression.
She teaches Toronto's Sexy Dance Workshops a performance classes for female dancers and women looking to dance and learn in a professional and welcoming atmosphere.

Her love for fitness and health drives her to encourage others to get fit, and develop healthy lifestyle habits. She is dedicated to providing quality group fitness classes to adults and dancers. She created Sweat B4 U Sweat Caribbean Dance Workout classes as way to fuse her love for Caribbean dance and fitness to help others get and stay in shape.
She teaches Toronto's #1 Dancehall Reggae and Soca classes.

Kay-Ann teaches a variety of workshops to dancers and women on a variety of topics such as empowerment, dance performance training and making healthy and positive lifestyle choices.

She is a dance and lifestyle educator/motivator.

Kay-Ann is the Artistic Director for Night of Essence a Dance and Entertainment Showcase. She choreographed and directed Toronto's 1st urban dance cabaret show the Alter Ego, which was a sold out show in 2009 .

Her motto is Dance Live Inspire. Dance like no one is watching, live life to the fullest and be inspired by each other.
