we are there for >25 years...playing the same caption wouldn't help..do something for your pathetic customer service. My water purifier stopped working even before a month I bought it.

I had the worst customer care service by you guys...had a Kent purifier in my last place, never had a customer care executive talking in bad manner to me at least. But I had a night mare talking and following up with you guys.
