Hi I'm katsboy from Tokyo Japan. I love my country and it's really great to know that there are so many people who love our culture. I will try to upload videos that would allow you to understand the indepth and to feel the vibration of Japan.

At the moment, I have some Vlogs of cooking performance and recipe by a legendary Japanese chef who worked for Nadama. Nadama is the oldest and the most prestige traditional Japanese restaurant. Don't miss it and please try making yourself.
