Great way to add turmeric to your diet, we put it in our rice, and its LSO good to know there are medicinal properties to it. Lets hope the EU leave this one as it is, so we can use it when we want!

OMG this pilot knows his aeroplane inside out..yes fantastic aircraft but even more fantastic pilotting, he made it look graceful and easy..VERY impressive flying Sig. Pilot. Well filmed too.
