I am 28 & I am at a crossroads in my life when I am realizing what matters & what doesn't, who my true friends are, and who just never was. My life has changed a lot lately, I find material things meaning less & less everyday & my friends, family & neighbors meaning more. Life passes way too quick & the world is so fast paced that the years are just flying by without being truly lived. I don't party, drink, do drugs or smoke. That whole scene has been old news with me for a while now. I would rather spend time with my family, share a conversation with a friend, go walking, play with our ferrets, lay in the grass with a good book, stick my toes in the sand, sit on my front porch, go for a scenic drive, or do something special to make a friend smile. I love simple things like sunflowers, candles, plants & flowers, the smell of clean linen, a light breeze or that warm feeling of the sun shining down on you :) I love nature & animals. I am a proud Christian mom doing the best to raise my kids right. I have God in my heart & my eyes are wide open to everything lately. It's like everything is finally making sense & falling into place. I am becoming the person God intended me to be :) I have 2 of the best kids ever! My daughter is 9 & she is in the 3rd grade. She is already reading on a 12th grade level & helping her teacher tutor the other students in Math in her class. She has perfect attendance for the entire school year & is always getting student of the month & student of the week. She makes me so proud! She loves the usual girl things like horses, dressing to impress, singing, drawing & of course talking on the phone! My son is 5 & loves cars & tools & especially anything that involves the two. He loves to be read to & is starting to write letters & sound out words. He is at such a fun inquisitive age & has a great imagination! He loves to ride his bike, play ball & get dirty. He loves to sing "Hallelujah" "Nothing But The Blood Of Jesus" & other Bible songs loudly, especially in the store lol. He is just your average boy! He always puts a smile on my face! The best part is my children's love for God & passion for learning about Him & singing His praises. That makes me the most proud! I created this Youtube account to make people aware of some of the crazy things the devil is trying to put in place, & remind everyone of God's everlasting peace, love & justice, & to remind everyone that it is God who wins this battle! It is a crazy story, but we all know the ending... and we all live happily ever after, literally :) I would love to meet other people who share my love for God. For such a time as this it is imperative for us brothers & sisters to build one another up & encourage one another daily! Blessings :) ~Katie
