If they (the MInistry of Ed.) wants one-off customized pupils - and thats what DI is really all about - they'll need to substantially increase resources in both staff and classroom assets or DI will di.

The next government may eventually re-dress or completely trash DI and go after true learning with accountability. The system needs arms length measuring - we are pushing 'em through the pipes. That's it.

The challenge with these intelligences is:

One author said there were seven of them. Another said there were eight. Another 10, another 12, another 20, another 25, another 100 and another - infinite.

Try handling that in a classroom!

Our current system has us running a huge factory - spitting out diplomad students - but - DI attempte to make them all hand made one-offs!

Same budget, same time per pupil, same resources and so on.

It could function - and does - to a limited extent.
