Karin Hiebert Has been a successful business owner since her early teens. Her first salon quickly became one of the busiest and top salons, which grew into a huge success for all of those working with Karin in her business!

As a local, National and International Award winning stylist, Karin took on the role of the hairstyling trainer in advanced cutting, styling and competitive hair training for many stylists.

Training needed to, and did include mindset and personal development which Karin passionately learned and shared after attending The Dale Carnegie Human Relations and Leadership Training Program.

Karin opened a hair salon and advanced Hair Styling Academy in New York, where she was then published in REDBOOK Magazine as one of North America's Top Hair Cutters.

As time went on, the fascination with technology and the internet became Karin's new love and passion.

At first teaching people via video on basics, like "How to Shampoo Your Hair Correctly"

Karin found her new passion. Teaching and coaching people on how to market themselves on line, and how, and who, to hook up with to learn the necessary skills for creating online success!

In all of this unfolding, in order to assist people in finding their passion, and in executing their ideas, Karin soon realized that this success online was no different than success offline.

It all about a "Team" of people who all have assets, skills, and information to help one another succeed.

After attracting 15 incredible people who all had something to offer one another, the "Global Alliance" was formed!

People from all industries, all walks of life and very global people from ALL countries joined this alliance.
