Hello I am a certified AFAA Group Fitness Instructor and SWC Aqua Instructor. Please note that these videos are Dance Fitness videos and were intended to be easy and repetitive. Most of my videos are my original choreography and some of the videos are a combo of my choreo and someone eles.
