eating fruits only or a vegetarian or vegan diet is not healthy........you need different kinds of food....fish, meat, dairy products etc. Have you heard of the brahmin diet?

If you eat fruits and green leaves only or a raw or mixed vegan, vegetarian or fruit diet, then that's an incomplete diet. Why would people want to suffer and make their bodies suffer under such eating habits?........How about a brahmin diet?Why not try that?

this is not recommended.......i and wife practice good hygiene and we use toilet rolls.............that is better and once a day, take a shower........and so what if we smell like pooh or have pooh stains on the underwear....thats normal.
