Well, it reminds me of the MAHG (mollar atomic hydrogen generator) that produces excess heat, except there is no HV involved...
So i guess the real question is: does it produce excess heat - more heat with the hydrogen in the tube than without it?

It would be great if you could test the transmission on a greater distance and also through real ground or/and water.
