snack: nature valley pb bars/ cliff bar
lunch: ham sanwiche/ tuna sandwiche/ greek yogurt/ fruit (some\thing low on carbs)
snack: fuit/ granola bar/ gadorate (is it in you?)
dinner: think LEAN like grilled or baked chikn or fish. red meat is high on protein like steak which you'd only eat on days that u worked out hard.
ALWAYS remember: PORTION CONTROL. EAT SLOW until u feel full. leftovers can be eaten later. yes, i know how everyone feels about wasting food.
do this for one month at least and you'll start seeing results.
