Bulgarians don't hate Romanians. It's something more like a friendly competition with teasing and bragging if you know what I mean. Like who will get more taps on the shoulder from the EU, lol. Somewhere along the way some people start calling the other people gypsies and they return the favour, knowing gypsies are in fact another people (more like parasites). If more people are involved the teasings turn into insults.
At least, that's what I think. ;P

Bulgaria and Greece should work together, as we do now. Problem is those arrogant western EU-states like Holland. The kept you again out of Schengen. Greece, Serbia, Montenegro, Bulgaria and Romania should create our own Benelux of the Balkans without Euro.

I agree...what these farmers did was a shame and very stupid. It only costed us and yoy a lot of money. Border with Bulgaria is the only normal border we have. Albania is a mess, FYROM, well you know that and let's forget Turkey. What I meant is that there are some arrogant (northern) EU-countries who didn't wnat BG and RO in EU. Greece pledged for their membership and right now again NL has blocked BG to become part of Schengen. How stupid and arrogant can a country be. The best solution for all problems on the Balkans is to make every country part of EU so things can be solved. And true: Bulgarians are also Orthodox brothers with same creed, same mentality and same kind of people. It is to bad that many Bulgarians don't like Serbs but that has to do with 1912/1913 of course.
