Kaili Jayne Taft is an up and coming singer-songwriter from Liverpool. At age 21 Kaili performs regularly in and around Liverpool as well as at many venues abroad. Her music varies from R&B, soul to motown and jazz.

"Singing is my world, so if u cant see me...you can probably hear me! i am never happier than when im writin my own music or having a jam with my mum, n my dad on the guitar!

I Love my family more than anything in the world, and my gorgeous lil sis n bro are my babies...not forgettin my lil baby shih-tzu tafty!

I have been singing since i was knee high to a grass-hopper (ha ha) although have not always had the confidence in myself to really put myself out there in the past. I come from an entire family of extremely gifted musicians; my dad is an AMAZING jazz guitarist and it is trully an honour having him accompany me in some of my performances- so thanks for that dad! My mum is my main inspiration- she has such an incredibly powerful and soulful voice and i will be forever in awe of her!

I love to perform my own versions/arrangements of various covers and also write my own material which is mainly of the pop and R n B persuasion! My main influences are; Mariah Carey, Norah Jones, Christina Aguilera, Bonnie Raitt, Stevie Wonder, Luther Vandross, James Taylor, Billy Joel, Boyz 2 Men, The Eagles, Ray Charles, Aretha Franklin, Al Green, Marvin Gaye, Etta James, Bruce Hornsby, Colbie Collait, John Mayer, Sara Barellies...and many more!!!

I love travellin to exotic places and learning about new cultures, it gives me loads of inspiration for my music and hope to do a lot of travelling in the future!!!

My friends are a big part of my life and i appreciate all the support they have given me throughout my life and they know i'd do anything for them!
