I like thebodies from the 70's better than now. I really dont like the big belly's. A nice body should be wide shoulders, V shape, small waist, small belly, decent legs but not too much. The legs nowadays are just insane.

Are there other exercices that I can do for upper back? And I know this isnt in the vid right now but do you have any other exercices I can do for traps? I do barbell shrugs dumbell shrugs but thats about it and I feel they are way behind. thanks

@TheKarub1 its weird isnt it. He has a much shorter stroke than wang liqin but its so fast and powerfull its amazing.

@MrDouglasWee what makes you think she's arrogant? Dont really see any signs of it in this match and I also saw some footage of her off the court and she's always smiling, so I think she's a really nice girl but nobody knows untill you meet her of course.

@TheKarub1 not sure why you see ryu seung min as a top player nowadays. Everyone is beating him easily. Xu xin is using backhand frequently tho. Same goes for ma lin, he is using it more and more.

@MrWaaghals And then to see how many thumbs up he gets and they are pretty much all of himself or friends. It kinda gets boring to see his explanation every time on every video. And half the time they are not even right.

mizutani can attack so well but he doesnt do it enough.

@razhorblahd not sure why he said that, because joo doesnt twiddle at all. He only chops far away from the table with the pips and chops or attacks with the forehand rubber. Only occasionally he attacks with his pips but not that much. He does know what balls he can attack with his pips tho. But ...

@UsakoKirei yep he is and i think he can still improve. Your peak in table tennis is when you are older not like in other sports around 20 or something. In tabletennis its around 28-31. So hopefully he can still get better and improve his rpb.

so weird how dogs can really make a difference between another dog and a human being. With another dog he would bite playfully in the neck of the other dog. But with a human being he doesnt bite at all. Dogs keep amazing me.
