Let's hope Sam can get the treatment he needs. Props to Sam for making a funny video which allowed so many people to laugh, even while he was suffering. My respect for him has grown since finding out about his struggle with illness.

I've seen a video where the boy in this video, Sam, does a lip-synch with Amy, the girl who sang the original cuppycake song. Sam has kidney disease and the reason for his chubby appearance is because the steroids he has to take to keep him alive also make his body retain too much fluid.
