Our training is unlimited and our clients should expect nothing less than an outstanding dog. You work at your own pace and are not limited in the number of training sessions you can attend. Through our personalized training program, you will gain a confident, obedient and well-mannered dog. Your dog will simply learn to listen to your first command.
Training and control includes but is not limited to, listening and behaving (with or without distractions):
in your home
in your car
in your yard
walking with you
in the park
waiting at the door
chewing/biting issues
digging issues
come on command
sit on command, next to you
sit on command, off leash from a distance
down on command, next to you
down on command, off leash from a distance
quiet on command
jumping issues

All of our trainers are REQUIRED to be certified by independent, outside agencies at our cost in order to continue to train through K9 Basics. Our certification programs and our continued ongoing ADVANCED training are done through "That's My Dog" Training Academy in Hazelgreen, Wisconsin, which is owned and operated by Robin MacFarlane, an industry leader in the world of remote collar training.

We regularly donate our time, expertise and talent to RESCUE GROUPS. We do all of this because of our commitment to these wonderful animals and in order for our canine friends to have a better life.

BEHAVIOR MODIFICATION
Our extensive experience and knowledge allows us to succeed where others fail. We pride ourselves on staying current in new training techniques by attending continuing education seminars around the country and by bringing in a variety of experts in the canine field to our training facility. This allows us to bring new information to you, the client, such as canine kinesthetics, advanced open field socialization techniques, etc.

We've had extraordinary success because of our trainers' passion and commitment to bringing a new meaning to the phrase "a dog's life".
