i just got back from rome yesterday evening, so right now i'm recovering right now. the whole journey was fucking awesome, i'll never forget it! our bus driver was diehard metallica and rammstein fan, so me and my friends could sing along in the bus. in rome we had to walk a lot, so it was pretty exhausting. but i made a lot of new friends and i've seen a lot of beautiful things

yeah, but we were only in their house to eat and sleep. at day we were roaming around in paris, and we didn't 'say' much to each other, just the important things, because it's so hard to make things clear with gestures.

i know that feeling that you don't understand anybody. 2 years ago i went to paris with school. we were staying in a host family just outside paris, and the family was told that we were learning french for 3 years, so we could speak it well. but we couldn't understand a word. and they couldn't speak english, so we spoke the whole weak with gestures..

yeah, the dutch seem to be obsessed with languages. it's normal to have 3 foreign languages at school (english, german and french). for me german is easy, because it's very simular to my language. as a matter of fact i can choose a dutch word, pronounce it with a german accent, and it's an existing german word. but i think english people will find it harder..
wacken is absolutely awesome! i've heard and seen a lot about it on youtube, but i've never been there. i really want to go someday |

it's always nice to learn a new language. i like languages, i'm quite good at it. but i suck at the maths and science stuff. at the moment i'm learning 4 foreign languages at school, i dropped french last year.
my journey to rome will be the furthest i ever been from home... but germany is much furhter away from you |
