Haunting song...Once heard, it remains in your head throughout the day..even weeks

I have listen to this song so many times in my childhood but never concentrated on the lyrics. Now reading the english subtitiles, I listened to the lyrics and found what golden words I have missed till now..

Direction could have been much better. Its not that much inspiring and convincing to me. May be because the actual facts are very less so the director had to put his own imaginations. Yet to see a good Indian period film...

This could have been directed much better. I think lot of facts are wrong. For example: the award on Surya Sen's arrest was Rs.10,000 but in the film it is shown as Rs. 5000.
